Sometimes it’s hard to think of new, different things to eat for lunch. I have this habit of eating bread every noon instead of making a wholesome delicious salad or pasta. However, I do like my habit of eating bread because I often enjoy it. Specially trying different sorts of bread.
The artichoke paste from sud’n’sol tastes delicious on a thick piece of dark bread, combined with some green olives. The paste has the soft taste of artichokes and is incredibly smooth. Of course you can add the paste to pasta or on top of a pizza, or even as a ‘dressing’ for salad. Sud’n’Sol has a great range of pastes and dips, but if you’re vegan it’s best to check the ingredients before you buy something. I also tried the grilled asparagustapenade, but I think this tastes a lot like cooked asparagus in stead of grilled ones.
Ingredients artichoke paste:
Artichokes 74% (artichokes, water, salt, citric acid), sunflower oil, olive oil, salt, garlic, concentrated lemon juice, basil.
If you get the chance to try this, definitely do so, it’s something tasty and different!
