20. Fork Friday – Chocolate Mousse

Chocolademousse van Melkmoetniet.be | De Groene Keuken

It’s been a while since I made chocolate mousse. I had found a recipe on the Belgian website Melkmoetniet.be (no need for milk) that looked delicious. The result is delicious, but the mousse is a bit hard, not very mousse-like. That didn’t stop me eating that little bowl with a huge appetite though.

The coming months, I will be on a quest for the perfect chocolate mousse.
